How many orders in a row can this location get wrong? I'm up to five now. Going for a record. Today I ordered rapid pickup of an egg and cheese sandwich with tomato. Picked up the bag, it seemed really light. Went to my car and opened it, no egg. How do you forget the egg on a breakfast sandwich with only 3 ingredients????
Last time, the sandwich had bacon which I didnt order and cannot eat. The time before that it was burned. Missing ingredients, add-ons paid for but not included, burned bread.... its somehow wrong Every. Single. Time. I gave it one more shot today hoping something had changed over the course of the last year but no.
If you can, drive to the Jax Beach location instead. They get it right.

I would highly suggest going to any other Panera bread location. This one consistently has poor quality in delivering what you’ve ordered or just has bad food PERIOD.
They cannot get drink orders correct. There’s been so many times I’ve tried to order something through a drive-through only to get home and realize it’s wrong.
Today I ordered a Diet Pepsi and a Green goddess salad. My Green Goddess salad had Peperoncino peppers inside and my diet Pepsi had practically no syrup in it.
Last week, my Diet Pepsi was a regular Pepsi. Literally a waste of money when their prices are top dollar - do not recommend.
The Nocatee location has never disappointed…

Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. There were no pagers available, most of the chairs in the lobby were stacked up, and many of the tables were left dirty. While those issues might be explained by being understaffed, the bigger concerns were related to food safety.
The sweet tea was left out in a completely open container — uncovered and exposed — which does not meet basic health code standards requiring beverages to be protected from contamination. Even more concerning, my husband’s sandwich was placed directly on top of the receipt. Receipts are handled by multiple employees, go through machines, and are not made from food-safe materials. According to food safety guidelines, food must only come into contact with clean, sanitized, food-grade surfaces.
On top of that, the soups were lukewarm and the sandwiches cold in the middle. For the price, the quality and handling of the food were far below expectations.
It has been some time since our last visit to this location, and unfortunately, this experience reminded us why.

I used to love ordering salads for pickup from this location because they were always full. But the last few times, the salads have been half full, even the full-size salads. I won't lie, I'm disappointed

I went to eat here before work, and i generally eat at mcdonald’s but i wanted to try something else, I came in and ordered the bbq chicken sub on the kiosk and it didint even print out a receipt, So when my food was “done” i didint know i had to ask an employee, When i ate the sub, i immediately noticed something off i felt completely fine the whole day but after this i threw up the sub in 5 minutes which tells me one thing and one thing alone you guys didint cook your chicken, and i threw up outside infront of the cameras, i had work in less than an hour and for the past 4 days ive felt like a zombie and whatever food ive put in my body ive thrown up immediately. If the workers aren’t using a probe then they shouldn’t have a job especially on meats like chicken.

I came here to study and I ordered food. I wanted water so I went to the register to ask for water. I asked an older woman who was working at the register politely for a plastic cup so I can get water. She then lectured me on how I shouldn’t steal plastic cups although all I asked was to simply get a small plastic cup so I can get water. That lady was rude even though I was being polite. Never coming here again.

I will not be visiting this paneras location. My car is still destroyed from the paneras location on Atlantic Blvd. It appears something drastic needs to change within the corporation and the people that's hired representing this food chain.

Sweep your floors. Every time I visit they are dirty with food everywhere. Next time I come if they are clean I will change my review.
Always a treat..always great and fresh food. Our cashier was friendly and patient and even brought our food to the table. 5stars all the way..every way..every time🤗🥰

1. Panera needs to change the chicken The chicken does not taste good I remember it tasting better in the past 2. This location is always out of bagels early At least make more plain bagels

UPDATED REVIEW I have to compliment the workers from this afternoon on my late lunch of chicken poppyseed salad and 1/2 chicken blt with avacodo. Delicious meal and polite drive thru service. Maybe new employees or management? I hope so because i miss having panera.
I haven't eaten at this location in 6 months because of getting rotten avacodo on my sandwich, hard stale bread or the wrong order all together. Tonite I received your stale hard white wheat bread for my sandwich again. You say your out of sourdough so I need to pick another and this is what I get?
Here's a thought, for a $13 sandwich maybe take white wheat bread off too if it's stale! We will never come here again.
