Believe it was a customer who was sick, but luckily the staff got that customer help, cleaned and sanitize the area. @Hollie, people have medical issues please be kinder as this could have been YOU or one of your family members. Clearly you never had to deal with anything like this. God help you, cause you need to be educated. Ever heard of PPE? Every retailer deals with this and have procedures for it. Hollies if you reading this special education is always available. Stay Blessed 🙏

the most disgusting experience i have ever had in a restaurant period. this morning i was at this establishment and an employee literally pooped on the ground and they made another worker clean it up! another worker that is handling your food is also made to clean up feces. as far as i know the gross employee who defecated on the ground is STILL WORKING THERE! I will be reporting to OSHA as well as contacting the worker who was made to clean it up and providing them with a lawyer. this is outrageous and disgusting!!

Gluten free (not Celiac) is possible, but wish they would offer a substitute for bread. When ordering on machine it won’t let you take the bread off so you have to go up to the kitchen and ask.

Whatever you want, rest assured, they will be out of it. Hands down the worst managed Panera I've ever been to. It happens every single time, no matter the time of day. Try to get a person to take your order instead of a kiosk.Good luck

While we arrived during an off time (2:40), ordered at the kiosk for an in dining experience. Order went in…15 min later? Received a text that food was ready at the counter via text! Walk up to the counter … stand 10 min!!! Nothing, some young girl, asks if I’m being helped, no! So she began preparing our meal… I was disgusted because the teens behind the counter were on phones and not one gave a crap! Do better PV Panera

I ordered a bowl of chicken noodles soup thinking it’s bigger than a cup, I ended up getting a cup in my bowl. Its a rip off and Tonia was hating her job as the cashier

PS: if this is the actual portion then remove bowl from the menu.
