Panera Bread

While we arrived during an off time (2:40), ordered at the kiosk for an in dining experience. Order went in…15 min later? Received a text that food was ready at the counter via text! Walk up to the counter … stand 10 min!!! Nothing, some young girl, asks if I’m being helped, no! So she began preparing our meal… I was disgusted because the teens behind the counter were on phones and not one gave a crap! Do better PV Panera

I ordered a bowl of chicken noodles soup thinking it’s bigger than a cup, I ended up getting a cup in my bowl. Its a rip off and Tonia was hating her job as the cashier

PS: if this is the actual portion then remove bowl from the menu.

Waited for over 20 mins in the drive thru for two bagels. I’m not quite sure what takes so long. The line wasn’t even long.

First let me say, I love Panera, but not this location. I order bagels and cream cheese for our office frequently. I place the order online and have it delivered. The past three times I've ordered, the cream cheese is left out of the order. I can understand once but I can not understand multiple times you are wrong on a delivery. I know they don't need my business, so it doesn't matter to them, but I will no longer order from this location. :-(

Staff here is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Always have a smile. You can feel the fun vibe. Food is always great. Issues that do happen are addressed right away. If it were not for the prices, I would eat here all the time.

They changed their menu a few months ago, getting rid of the grain bowls (which is what I usually ordered) and getting rid of the salads I liked. I no longer go there.

Self service to tables. At 5:30 pm the older bread is sold while fresh baked bread is not for sale...this is not a bakery,It's a fast food sandwich place I guess.Disappointed could not buy fresh baked bread, they had an entire rack...I guess it is for tomorrow afternoon !

The facility is new and nice. Ordering is a but impersonal. The breakfast was outstanding and not too horribly priced. Unfortunately they have Pepsi products but you can still get water. The cleanliness of the place and amount of seating encourages you to relax for a moment and enjoy the high prices food.

My family and I usually order Panera and most experiences have been great. Except for today.
When we ordered through the app we couldn’t find chipotle pizza, it just wasn’t on the menu. Then when we picked up the food we realized that our teas were given to us in empty cups. We called the restaurant asking for a refund but they told us we had to fill up the cups ourselves. What??? We’ve never had to fill up the cups ourselves and I don’t understand why this is how it is now. It’s not rocket science to fill up cups and have them ready for pickup. Wasted my time having to go back to the restaurant to fill them up. Be better!!!!!
