The manager of this store needs a reality check. Putting 1 staff member on on a Thursday night?! Rebecca is AMAZING but she did not deserve the stress of working alone! Shameful!

Dude at the counter was lowkey short with me. Understandable, I’m sure people that come here aren’t always the kindest. I was charged extra for “extra garlic and tomato sauces” , also fine, but got home… only 2 lil tomato sauces. Wish I didn’t tip.

Never have any issues with them, im a pretty dextrose person to, i asked for an extra box to split the pizza up and some extra peppers and they always are very polite. Idk how they are rated 2.7 at this location, i eat way too much here and never had an issue

I do not recommend this place, poor service from the employees
I do not recommend this place. They treat customers badly and ignore them. They are racist towards Latinos. They make fun of people who do not speak English well. A blonde lady of about 55 years old and another blonde girl of 20 to 25 years old.

When you call you get some call center that takes the order and can’t seem to get it right. Then they send out DoorDash to deliver who uses some strange app to map to Sawgrass Marriott hotel, (who doesn’t know where that is?). Google gets it right but that’s not good enough for these drivers…they go to some other location and then refuse to even drive over to the correct place. I can’t even make this stuff up.
I'm giving 5 stars for customer service, particularly for the efforts of the manager on duty I spoke to tonight, Kyle. I understand Papa John's uses a call center to process their orders, but that degree of separation leaves a lot of room for delivery failure, as was the case tonight (again). Called in my order, dude read back what I ordered. It was wrong. Went through it again, dude read it back correctly this time. Order arrives, came out the way it was incorrectly read back originally. Annoying, of course. This was an almost $50 order. I called again, this time went straight to the store. Not sure how that works. Anyway, Kyle understood the problem and made it right. Good man. The point of this is I'm quite confident that using a call center was a decision that had some positive effect on the corporate bottom line, but it sucks for the customers and, I expect, the people working in the actual stores. Long story short, don't get too mad at the people at the shop if your delivery comes out jacked up. Might not be their fault. Also buy Kyle a beer or non-alcoholic beverage of his choice. Cheers
Best Papa John’s I’ve ever been at. The pizza was the perfect ratio of sauce and cheese and the crust was a golden, glittery brown. The staff were impeccably courteous. The cleanliness was exquisite without one dust bunny. “Better Ingredients. Better Pizza” -Papa John’s
