Our servers (including the server in training) were very good/excellent. The support server who boxed up our food haphazardly boxed leftover steak, potatoes and a side dish in a messy way that left sweet potatoes and steak juice all over everything that was bagged up. The sloppy boxing made everything inedible and left a mess on the floor of our car. Very disappointed. Otherwise, it was a delicious meal and a lovely evening. Food was good, not great. As a franchise, the balance between consistency and unique must be struck. The beef is excellent. The bread, not great but good. The appetizers were fair to good. The carrot cake was good, not great. Needed more moisture, more icing with more cream cheese, more raisins and more carrot, honestly. Still a nice venue, but not great.

Everything exceeded our expectations. Salads were fresh, Bread was warm. The steak was great as expected. The garlic mashed potatoes were a pleasant treat. We finished with a really nice cheese cake.
