I went in to buy some ice water and was turned away. Employee stated that there was no way to ring it up. I understand that they are not giving away water for free , but people should be able to purchase it

Worst establishment. Drive thru design doesn’t make sense at 9 am it’s alll busy I waited 20 mins there is no wait line at all I got cut off and jsit decided to leave because that is a horrible drive thru design and it def makes traffic for others that are just trying to pass through

Been a loyal Starbucks customer since 2008. This morning was the first time I’ve been disappointed. My tall blonde roast w/cream was ice cold. I was already home when I discovered this. It was only 8am when I received order. My drink should not have been cold.

Every time I go, line isn't even super long, but service is SLOW. Today my coffee was spilling out of the cup/lid. It got all over my lap. Cashier "wiped", gave back and more spilled. He finally made another drink. Food was also cold. Definitely check everything before leaving and don't take any drink if Cashier looks unsure about it.

My favorite Starbucks to hit when visiting Ponte Vedra! The staff are exceptionally friendly and if you aren't smiling and happy when you leave then you are just a grinch. I have been here multiple times and it's always great! Keep hiring girls like this they are perfect!

They are *always* (supposedly) out of something; apparently their manager can’t get ordering down. Various machines are sporadically “broken” as is, somehow, the drive thru.

I just stopped in to pick up my order, but the were nice and pleasant. I have never been to a Starbucks that didn't have nice, energetic servers. Always quick and convenient service.

Broke -To-Bits-

Foods and drinks arnt the issue here. I shouldn’t wait and wait and wait to be told mobile orders arnt active. My co worker placed an order and I sat there waiting 15 minutes to be told they never got a ticket for it and their mobile orders were deactivated. I understand being understaffed but notify your customers of such problem so these inconveniences don’t happen.
