I love the scones, muffins, etc. I also love their Chai tea and their specialty coffees are great, too! I love especially the staff! They are great and they treat you like family! ❤️

Very chill vibe! Kota & Ashton are the best. The chai was delicious, love the mini free library, hope to be a semi regular soon. Plus they have vegan options, yay! Stick around, happy to find locally owned & locally brew, great quality.
Update: came back with a friend. Sami & Jackie were lovely, very knowledgable & friendly staff.
Suggestion: Please get a large exterior sign. Hard to find, but worth the visit after circling around.

The worst cafe I’ve ever been to. The girls behind the counter were too interested in having a personal conversation with someone that seemed to know someone who worked there than actually helping customers. After waiting at the counter for longer than was necessary I ordered their lunch pie. Basically an overpriced pot-pie. I wish I never tried a new place.

The best coffee in the Jacksonville area. Their house roast is phenomenal.

Very clean, great coffee, peaceful atmosphere and smiling service crews. Has mini library if yiu want to spend time reading while enjoying their coffee. You can bring your laptop and work there while sipping coffee. They are selling coffee beans and merchandise too.

Yes, I’m a total coffee addict—or snob, whichever you prefer. I literally drive all the way out there just for their coffee, and trust me, it’s worth it. I also grabbed one of their Aussie pies to go, and wow—so glad I did. Absolutely delicious. Can’t believe that I didn’t take a pic though. I’d go back just for that pie alone!

I think this is my favorite coffee! and the pies are excellent! My only negative critique is the ambiance is pretty sterile and hard. Not comfortable nor inviting.

I'm not any sort of bean-noisseur but my wife and I have tried all kinds of beans for our home espresso machine: foreign and domestic, light and dark, big corporations (you know who) and tiny micro-batch roasters.
Hands down, whenever we get the chance to have some fresh Kookaburra coffee, it's a highlight, and we stock up on their Drop Bear beans. Smooth flavor, near zero bitterness, and a great team behind it all.
Nocatee or St Augustine, doesn't matter - you're gonna find your new favorite at Kookaburra.

Do not go here if you are expecting to eat. Few options and when they run out there’s no more. Also, no gf options for food.
