Pizza was burned got charged for a kids pizza and i didn’t get it when asked they said i didn’t order it. Staff could be nicer and the food was mild it would be better if it wasn’t completely burned overall i do not recommend

The Loop has really yummy food with fresh, flavorful options. It is a little on the pricey side, but the quality makes it worth it. Just note that you order at the counter and go up to grab your food when it’s ready. Overall, a delicious spot for a casual meal!

Great, thick, juicy burgers, incredible onion rings, and the cajun salmon is excellent as well. I honestly prefer the loop over an M Shack burger any day. Their burger patty is cooked to order and not just a smash patty cooked well done.

As a very picky person when it comes to dining out, the Loop, particularly this location is our #1 spot in Jax. We appreciate not only the quickness of service but the ease of ordering online and how friendly the workers at the counter are. Aside from that, the burger is one of the best, if not the best, in town. Same for the chicken sandwich, which has been my favorite since I was a kid! The salads are also filling with great variety and so delicious (I recommend getting the hot fresh grilled chicken on top)! Im highly impressed with this location keeping the Loop in good standing in Jax! Keep it up 👏

The foods great if a little on the pricey side. One of the few burger joints that allows you to order your burgers medium rare. [edit] After eating here about ten times I can say with certainty that the temperature (and spicing) of the burgers is always inconsistent. I always order medium rare but sometimes get well done and have once received raw in the middle. They probably should use a thermometer on the burgers. The milkshake portions are enormous and tasty.

Yummy cheeseburgers, fries and shake! Overall, the food is really good and reasonably well-priced! They also have gf options as well which is delightful. Would definitely come back to this restaurant again but at another location :) the only reason I put 4 stars is because their ice machine wasn’t working and it took them awhile to fix it.

I went to The Loop today for a lunch with my mom and sister and the food was so good. The service was an actually fantastic. I made a mistake with my order and Cleo offered to fix MY mistake. She wanted me to have the pizza I intended to order. She brought it to my table and was so incredibly kind! Thank you so much for being so helpful!!!!
