It’s a 100+ degrees in this store. Your poor employees are sweating. Judging from previous reviews, this isn’t news to you. This should be handled by building management or at very least the franchise owner should front the cost for HVAC service and submit for reimbursement. I’m disgusted by ownership/management’s blatant disregard for your employees and health code standards. There’s NO possible way the “fresh” items in this store are withstanding the heat and humidity. It looked like children working in there. There has to be a labor law against this. It’s clear management is not physically present at this location or this would be fixed. This is the 4th time in the last 6 months I’ve gone in this store and the temps have been scorching. Have some care and compassion for your employees and customers. Shame on you!! Do better.

I don't go out often at all, especially not to sit down and eat somewhere. I know I'm an extremely picky eater so why not just stay home and make it right. Turns out this should have been one of those times. I don't like coconut so I ask for my bowl with out coconut. Yet somewhere as I'm eating it, seeing flakes of coconut.... I started w just feeding my husband said bites until he gets on to me for not eating what I ordered.... A bad habit of mine, so After I explained it to him, he reassured me I should ask the person behind the counter working about it and see. the girl asks me to wait and after going in the back for a lil while she comes back with tales of food being stored so close together and used together so frequently you really cant always help it and these things happen. And trails off. This is obviously not her speech nor something she even agrees with so I just sigh and move on. Such is my luck, I finally get my husband to sit down and 'a fancy health food place' and they can't even be bothered to make my bowl right the 1st time neither could they be troubled to remake it right after I brought it to their attention.

All the workers are great had the best service from sky and DJ. It’s just hotter than satins nut sack in there can yall fix the AC? It seems like a health hazard.

The drink I ordered (Mango Magic) was not properly made! It got me sick! If I were petty I would have taken legal action! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my dog!

I ordered a Thai chicken wrap and it had tomatoes in it. Tomatoes aren’t even an ingredient for this item. On mobile order it’s not an option to ask for no tomatoes. What is going on there?

I really wanted to like it. I ordered extra bananas, which there was not. But honey? There was half of a jar of honey in my bowl. I do like honey, but not that much .

Employees visibly sweating working in the back. When I come back 6 months later and its still no or very weak AC. Feel sorry for the workers and worry about the bacteria.

Big popular chain all over FL. I'm not really a smoothie fan, but the rest of my famliy are and even I'm impressed with their flat bread sandwiches. Their chicken bacon ranch flat bread is a great lunch meal and while most of their fruit based smoothies are major sugar bombs (which the kids love), the detox green smoothie is more reasonable and a healthier drink that I can actually palate (warning, if you don't like ginger though). It gets busy during lunch and early dinner rushes, so ordering in advance with the app is the way to go!

I love this place, and I order from/ go here pretty frequently. The menu is very hit or miss, and I've had one or two really bad experiences (looking at you, buffalo wrap). I HIGHLY recommend the Peanut Butter Crunch flatbread as i'm literally in love with it and it never misses. I can't believe more people don't order it. So good. Also of course, the smoothies are great, and I recommend the Blueberry Bliss (I usuallt add coconut and white chocolate) and Bahama Mama smoothies.

The staff there are very friendly and get your orders out in a decent time!! Get to the beach ?️ and chill!!

The owner is amaaaaaaaaazing.... And has hired a crew of "youngsters" that should make him proud ... They represent what he wants in a business, and they deliver. Quality food, delivered rapidly, with a smile and a gracious tone ... What more can you ask for?

Went here and the staff members were so rude, took forever to get my order and there was a hair in my food & when i talked on the phone with the manager James he was extremely rude and demeaning. Won’t be back.
