V Pizza & Julep - Palm Valley

As a 3rd generation Italian, I can honestly say this is the best pizza I've ever eaten. The ingredients from the dough to the cheese are directly imported from Italy. 2nd visit in as many weeks. We met Ken. He came to our table the 1st time we were on and just came by on our 2nd visit. These employees are incredible. Dillon welcomed us in.

This location was always the family favorite to visit. The last two visits though over the last month have been extremely disappointing on both the food and service front. Something has definitely changed. As for the service, the servers are always very nice but are rarely seen during the meal. Both recent visits, we had to wait almost 10 minutes before being greeted after being seated and would only ever see someone maybe once before getting the check. Never checking on us for drink refills or any other needs. As for the food (wings and drinks aside, those are always fantastic), the pizzas and overall execution of them were extremely poor. On the most recent visit, we had our pizzas come out within minutes of ordering (well before our appetizer even came out). The pizzas were soggy and droopy and literally had the absolutely smallest amount of toppings on them, including cheese and sauce! It was basically eating seasoned bread with some oil. After having very similar experiences now twice within a short period of time, I'm led to believe this just must be the new norm for the restaurant. It makes it hard to justify the 30 minutes we would typically drive to visit. I hope things improve.

From the moment V Pizza opened, myself and friends have been welcomed with warm, friendly service that has made our dining experiences truly exceptional. Moriah greeted us with genuine smiles and made sure we were comfortable right away, making us consistently feel like family. Tristan, Blake and Diego and Laurel are attentive and efficient, always checking in at just the right times without being overbearing. Mia brought a great energy to the team, and Victoria tied everything together with grace and professionalism.

The food, as always, is outstanding V Pizza consistently delivers bold, authentic flavors that speak for themselves. But what really stands out is the team. It’s rare to find a group of people who work so well together and clearly care about the customer experience. Kudos to the entire crew for creating such a welcoming atmosphere and for making great food even better with top-tier service.

Best Bourbon bar in North East Florida. The bartenders know how to make the best cocktails and know their whisky. The food is also fantastic. I love their wings. They are Best I have ever had.

Love V’s pizza. We frequent the palm valley location the most but also have eaten at the San Marcos and St Augustine. We always order the same thing and never once had a bad experience.

We went for dinner tonight... waited 25 minutes to be seated ....people behind us on the waitlist were seated before us and after we were finally seated we waited 15 minutes at the table with no wait service ..... we mentioned to the hostess we would like a server and we waited and waited till we finally just left ..... no pizza no anything .... what a disappointment ??☹️
