Sit outdoors by the water very relaxing. Inside can get a bit noisy but still nice.

We recently celebrated my daughter’s 26th birthday at Valley Smoke, and I cannot say enough about how incredible the experience was! From the moment we walked in, the staff made her feel like royalty. Every detail—from the warm welcome, to the thoughtful service throughout the evening—was handled with such care and professionalism.
The food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was prepared to perfection, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. The setting itself is stunning, with that signature Valley Smoke ambiance that combines elegance with comfort.
But what stood out most was how the staff went above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday unforgettable. They treated her with such genuine kindness, surprising her with thoughtful touches that truly elevated the celebration. It wasn’t just dinner—it was an experience we’ll always remember.
If you’re looking for world-class service, phenomenal food, and an atmosphere where special moments are celebrated in the best way possible, Valley Smoke is the place to go. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Valley Smoke utterly failed my girlfriend’s birthday dinner. Despite an acceptable ambiance, the experience was ruined by absurdly small tables for two, making it nearly impossible to manage plates and sauces. The cornbread and fried green tomatoes appetizers were passable but falsely promising. The “Que for Two” brisket and pulled pork were dry, flavorless, akin to overcooked stew meat. When I returned the meat, the kitchen audaciously served a fattier version of the same deplorable fare. Sides—green beans, baked beans, and macaroni and cheese—were stale, clearly left under a heat lamp. Valley Smoke’s abysmal food and service made this a regrettable ordeal. Avoid at all costs. Total rip off you can get far better bbq at mojos for 1/2 the money.
I honestly regret paying for it .

My friend and I drive 5 hours from Miami at least every year to enjoy the best barbecue restaurant in the state - Valley Smoke. Everything is cooked to perfection. The drinks are awesome and the seating outside in the tent is the best! Right on the intercoastal. And the staff is so nice without being overly attentive. Our server Leah was awesome! No issue staying for a couple hours or more. Lots of cool birds and boats passing by. It's like having the privilege of someone inviting you to their home on Roscoe Blvd for dinner.
Parking is only mandatory if the self-parking is full.
And try the triple spicy mustard! I wish there was a bottle for me to buy and bring home, hopefully next time.

First off, Valley Smoke was great when it first opened but now it's a zoo. Always very crowded and very noisy. Beautiful big bar is always filled to capacity. Venue sits right on the intercoastal. Their cuisine was excellent in the beginning, but I hesitate to say it's gone downhill especially during peak dining hours. Found the brisket to be very dry and overcooked, the chicken was also way overcooked. Dry and stringy. Had to send it back. By the time I got a replacement meal the rest of the table was about finished. I find that Valley Smoke can be hit or miss these days guess the reason might be too many people to serve at once. Just too crowded. Fried chicken livers are my wife's favorite and she raves about them. If u area bourbon officionado, u name it they have it. Love the atmosphere right on the water. Get there early if you'd like a seat at the bar. Reservations are a must for this upscale barbcue eatery.

I love this restaurant, their brisket is absolutely AMAZING, be sure to try their brisket poutine appetizer, a little pricey for BBQ but it’s not your average BBQ joint it. The atmosphere is very nice , the food is top tier and the services is fantastic, I highly recommend!
