My friend and I drive 5 hours from Miami at least every year to enjoy the best barbecue restaurant in the state - Valley Smoke. Everything is cooked to perfection. First off, Valley Smoke was great when it first opened but now it's a zoo. Always very crowded and very noisy. Beautiful big bar is always filled to capacity. Venue sits right on the intercoastal. Their cuisine was excellent in the beginning, but I hesitate to say it's gone downhill especially during peak dining hours.
