Sat in line today for 5 minutes to pull up and be told it's cash only.

From a service perspective,
They should've put up temp sign or assigned employee to the line to communicate better.

From a business operator perspective, you just had 300-$400/minute pull away like me. Backup your internet, it's a small expense. No credit cards = No internet = no redundancy. Starlink, satellite, dsl (yes, it still exists) could have saved your growing customer dissatisfaction at this Nacotee location. It should be a Gem, its not, and I'm pretty sure it's running on auto-pilot. I'm done there. I found out Panera has a drive through, the Fiesta chicken sandwich was excellent.

No care for interior service. Drink machines were out of ice and completely flat. Bathrooms were poorly maintained. Floors throughout were sticky. Workers were plesent enough, not particularly helpful, but not obstructive.

Dirty soda machines, food was luke warm at best, apparently they were out of coke zero and gave me something different but didn't bother to tell me. The cheese slices weren't even partially melted. 2-3 bites and everything went in the trash.

No ice in soda machines.

For Wendy's this is a piss poor location. Don't bother wasting your time

Stood at register and no one will acknowledge that you are there. They will just avoid eye contact with you and focus on the drive thru

Worst Wendy's ever. Dave would be turning over in his grave. Wrong order, twice. Slow. Cold food. Closed in the middle of the day. Chili was all beans, no meat. Last time.

Hours for Monday Nov 25th say they close at 12. I've been sitting at the speaker since 11:35pm. After no one answered for several minutes, I went & knocked on the back window, where I could see someone washing dishes. He shook his head, and then an angry back guy came to the window and yelled to me that they were closed. He was closing the window on me as I said "I thought y'all closed at 12?" I thought maybe I remembered wrong, so I checked online
but it says they close at 12 midnight. This is disappointing considering how much money I spend with you. Way to go Wendy's.

This Place is pitiful. There's a manager yelling at everybody right behind the counter. You can't enter the handicap entrance. They make you order from the kiosk.And The kiosk won't let you remove things you don't want on your sandwich. I just don't know what happened to the good old days but they are freaking gone.

This place had such a great manager not too long ago, the company replaced him, now this location is complete crap again. Meritage wants teenagers running this place to the ground. Smooth move replacing someone who actually knew what he was doing. Can't wait for Chick fil A to open across the street. Trash.

Three Suns Services

Ordered a single with no onion or tomato and light on mayo and ketchup. We also ordered buffalo nuggets with ranch and Jr Bacon cheeseburger. They had us pull over to wait. 15 minutes later we get our “special order” and leave. Get home and single has tons of ketchup and mayo and has tomato and onion! No ranch for the nuggets. How do you get that simple order wrong!? And take 15 minutes to do it!?
