The burgers were disappointingly small and a bit sloppy. They did not have enough cookies for our 5 bundle cookies. Service was not unpleasant, but left a lot to be desired.

I've noticed a big change since the new GM has taken over. I go every morning for breakfast. Most of the time they have my order ready by the time I get to the window.

This is the worst Wendy’s in the entire nation.I’ve given this place multiple chances and it might as well not even be open.Always a bunch of kids running around that seem to be just messing around not doing what they are supposed to be doing.The only time this place has ever been ok is when they were under adult supervision.The food is terrible, always extremely long wait, and last straw was being given cold chili.Stay away from this place.

Why and how is this place still open? We gave it 3 chances over the last year. Failed every time. First time we were told to “wait” at the drive thru even though there was no one else in line/in parking lot. We waited over 10 minutes before just driving away, and there were a bunch of teenagers inside just laughing and playing on their phones. The next 2 visits, no one came to the drive through even though it was open. What a waste of time and space.

Always been awful. This location for years has has some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. Employees are rude and never fail to provide an unpleasant experience. Go anywhere else in Nocatee and I guarantee you'll have a better experience than this place.
