I order the classic roast beef sandwich whenever I visit any Arby's. It's the only thing I eat from there . This was the first time I've ever gotten sick after eating at an Arby's. I will not be returning to this particular location.

10:00 PM on a Friday night can’t even get the people to look out the window open the drive-through speaker nothing I even called the store and didn’t even get an answer. That is ridiculous. There’s an hour of service supposed to be left and I didn’t even get anybody at all with the one employee sitting in the parking lot in their vehicle with their lights on, didn’t do anything and they see me in the drive-through. I will not even give a star because they don’t deserve a star.

This restaurant is absolutely filthy! There is iced tea spilled all over the floor (my shoes were sticking to it). The condiment dispenser in the dining room is terribly dirty. There is sticky mold-like substance all around the rim of it, the dispensers themselves had the paper soufflé cups over them. When you take the one over the ketchup off you see a string of dried crusted ketchup coming out of it. Some tables are dirty, one had dried ketchup on the top, some had scattered napkins. The food was also very disappointing. My husband said his roast beef was bland. All of the wraps/containers were greasy. Now so you understand none of this can be excused because of business/lack of staff. The whole time we were in there we were the only customers in the dining room. There was one person that picked up a to go order and only one car went through the drive-through. This was on a Weds evening, around 8pm. Now we understand why this place always looks empty.

It says theyre open until 12 on google, arrived at 11:00 and they are already closed. The app also says that orders can't be placed. Waste of time and gas.

Hadn't been to the King's Hwy location in a long time and fell victim to the awesome advertising of the new steak nuggets. I got the bowl. It consisted of extremely dry meat, like day old dry beef brisket. The white cheddar mac & cheese was tasteless and it was topped with a couple mini onion straws. $10. Won't make that mistake again. Wish I had watched the YT video reviews before ordering it. I'll stick with the roast beef sandwich.
However, I have to say that this location has gotten better. Friendlier staff, faster drive-thru. I did have a short wait, but at 6pm I was the only person in the drive-thru, yet I was asked to pull-over to a parking space and wait. Anyway, I still give this location a 4/5 because I do see an improvement. Just stay away from the steak nuggets. Phenomenal advertising/terrible menu item.
The new beef nuggets are off the chain. Tender and full of flavor. They are juicy too. Served with BBQ sauce. Good to FOREVER for the cat in front of me and the manager at the window was not very friendly. 11:46 am. Too early to be grumpy. Drive thru so no atmosphere rating.

Went today thru drive thru for a half pound beef and cheddar, I even asked for the cheddar in between like the picture. There was a tiny dab on top of the beef nothing else in-between like the picture. I shouldn't have to go back to ask for my cheddar that I asked in the first place. Not the first time I went there something was wrong. First time I went there months ago no toy in the kids meal and I even asked if they had toys before I ordered one because my daughter wanted one. She was disappointed but the thing is when you ask a question they answer it but then it's different when you get your meal...just seems they take no pride in there line of business and employees need to be retrained to take pride in there work or go find another job. I promise I won't go there again. Plus Culver's next door is way better. I should of remembered but I thought I would give Arby's another chance....
