We were extremely disappointed to discover a piece of trash at the bottom of one of our water cups, hidden beneath the ice. The sight was so off-putting that we couldn’t even finish our meal. When we brought it to the restaurant’s attention, they apologized and offered a free dessert. However, considering how disgusted we were, offering more food felt inappropriate and tone-deaf to the situation. We were visiting from Ohio, and I had been so excited to introduce this restaurant to my daughter. I had enjoyed it on previous visits to the area and had spoken highly of it. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed my perception. What made matters worse was the manager’s response. Instead of coming to speak with us directly, he hid behind a pizza box while the server relayed the issue. It was bizarre and unprofessional. He never came to our table, never apologized, and gave the impression that we were somehow at fault for pointing out a very serious issue. We travel frequently all over the country, and we’ve never encountered something like this—neither the contamination nor the lack of accountability. I approached the matter respectfully, simply informing the staff, yet the response felt dismissive and careless. Regrettably, we won’t be returning, and I plan to share this experience on multiple review platforms. It was not only unhygienic, but the customer service was truly disappointing.

Just heard you let your manager go at your North Port location. Bad move on your part. He gave you 10 years, busted his butt at the risk to his health and the time away from the family for your business, freaking wrong! We came in all the time, brought family and friends from out of town but no more. Will never go to any of your businesses again and will make sure this gets out. He was a great manager for you, the staff and the people who came in to eat. So disappointed in your company.

Rudest Manager at the Port Charlotte Location. They have always done half cheese and half Italian large for my kids. She told me they have never done it and she wouldn’t do it. I told her that I was leaving and going to the other location. As I was telling her we were leaving they brought out garlic knots and the drinks. They then told me I owed the $18 for the drinks we never drank and the garlic knots we never ate. Unreal.

CHECK YOUR ORDER!!! Well, I thought I finally found good pizza. Good food, but they screw up my order EVERY TIME, then they don't make it right, $110 order, not even an I'm sorry, or free dessert?? I just had to make 2 trips, dumb me assuming the order would be right. And RUDE! Little girl...oh boy. Last time I'll ever go there. It's always missing something. Then I called to speak to a manager, whom refused to come to the phone. This was Feb 17 @ approx 3-4pm

Owned by the same people that own Prime. This was my experience at prime. We ordered my son the children’s steak. They brought out a hamburger by mistake. No problem, stuff happens. However, it took over 15 minutes to bring him the correct order. Most everyone else was nearly done with their meals and my son was starving. I gave him what was left of my meal and my wife gave him most of her sides. When his steak did arrive, I told them we had him covered and to take it back, we didn’t want it. When the bill came, they charged us for his meal. The manager argued with my wife (I had to leave dinner a few minutes early) and basically called her a liar. They finally removed his meal from our bill. NEVER will I recommend or return to this restaurant

We used to eat here every Sunday during NFL Games. They had some great food and good specials. This year they dropped all the food deals. We stopped going here.

Food is always good. And hot made fresh. Drinks are good as well

First time getting food here. Ordered Pizza and wings for take out and both were very good. They forgot to give us the blue cheese that we ordered.
