If you review my profile you will see I'm a local reviewer, not paid but consistent & honest. I've been eating off and on at this location for five years. The first year was terrible but I had actually made a call to corporate and they cleaned up the third shift (they kept burning the chicken black) which was when I had been going.
Since then I've not had a single bad experience or messed up order. Typically I go through the drive thru using their app.
At this location Ive found that the burgers are better than Wendy's & Culvers. Which is a surprise because to beat Wendy's is a hard one for me.
Do not believe the poor reviews you've seen from others, give this location a chance for yourself and see. Ive also always had friendly service.
As far as wait times I've never had to wait. I place my order in the app when I arrive in their parking lot and than immediately go thru the line.

“You have a great up and coming employees, in the young man named Evan that we met last night. He lives up to the standard at culvers, and went beyond. Managers on shift last night also were efficient in the handling of the business while being very busy. Great job, and great food thank you guys!!“

“Love the Cod Fish basket with fries) Best we have ever had, better than in New England! it was only 55 degrees in SW FL (Pt Charlotte) tonight so we asked for coffee instead of soft drinks. They made it fresh for us & it was fabulous. Better than Dunkin or Starbucks! WOW. And your employees are super nice.“

“I have never been treated to such great customer service in my life. To start there was this lady yelling at this manager in a black shirt. I later found out his name was Chris. She was beyond a Karen and the way he handeled her astonished me. She threw something at him and everything and he never said a cross word to her. He made she all the customers including her were happy. I wanted to hire this guy for my business because you don’t find good customer service these days. Also, he did outstanding in working hard and going out of his way for fresh food for me. I’m new to the area and I will be telling all my friends to come eat at five guys! Thanks, RG“

12/29 had the new chicken parm fettuccine. It was the most delicious meal I have ever had in a restaurant. Compliments to applebees for introducing such an incredible menu item. Got the 2 for $25. Amazing deal.deal.“

“Stopped by for a quick meal while traveling, the chili cheese dogs were delicious, and the pretzel sticks were too. Food was good, hot and the staff very friendly. I would have rather had a burger but they don't sell them there. They have a 2 for 5.00 menu too. Restroom was pretty clean and it's next to a gas station which worked good for a quick pit stop.“

The manager was incredibly friendly and respectful, and the staff provided excellent service. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great food and top-notch service.
