The food quality is consistent. The atmosphere is pleasant, with sports TVs and a relaxed vibe. The restaurant also has a good selection of sides, including mac and cheese, which is a highlight. The outside has recently had money spent on repairing and updating, with new landscaping and painting, making it look great. The Bourbon Street shrimp and chicken is fantastic, and the butter pecan blondie is divine. While service can be slow at times when staff attention is needed, and tables may not be promptly cleared, the manager is considerate, sending hot replacements for cold mashed potatoes. Overall, Applebee's Grill + Bar is a great place to visit.
