Ordered through DoorDash and when I was delivered my SEALED bag of food, I was missing a sandwich. When I called the store to tell them, I was interrupted and told I was rude for accusing them when it was probably my door dasher who stole the food. Then she hung up and refused to answer my call after. This is the rudest fast food worker I have ever heard in my life. I came to the restaurant about 9pm tonight I ordered chicken strips. Got up to the window was greeted promptly and told my food would be out in a minute. Then a young lady came over and said I’m so sorry unfortunately we are out of the strips would nuggets be ok. I said absolutely that’s fine got home had so many nuggets and a chocolate chip cookie in my bag as a sorry gift. Absolutely delicious and amazing customer service. So many nuggets left over. The manager or whoever his name Josh is not polite to his employees and is very rude causing tension at the place of business. He fired and employee because he was a bit of a bully to him and I find that to be unfair with the treatment that he gives his employees. I do not find this place of business uses christian values at all. I feel they need to look into who they have as management or trainers for their employees.
