I'm sorry to say after us loyal seven-year customer I was blown off today when I called and indicated that my food was not the normal delicious condition. It was overcooked and not to mention cold and we only live a mild on the street. I tried to call and speak to the owner and I was blown off. I don't think that's a very acceptable practice for such a loyal customer so this is the reason for my complaint and I don't usually do so all's I wanted was a different product and I just had surgery and wasn't able to come up there and return it however the owner was too busy it wouldn't dignify a conversation with me.

I have been going there for almost 8 years and always had good food until this evening. I'm sure they were busy however I called and tried to discuss the undercooked and just actually bad presentation of food that was yucky, With the owner and I was blown off we are extremely regular customers and I'm so turned off by this I have never once complained and this was the one and only time it was bad however I didn't even get the courtesy of being spoken to. I spent $60 for two of us to eat and the food was chewy and cold and hard and overcooked and just a whole bunch of things and I completely understand that restaurants get busy and I don't normally complain but when I was blown off and basically told to piss off they have now lost a customer who lives right down the street.

Ordered chicken and broccoli in white sauce with white rose came in brown awful sauce, order sweet and sour chicken combo no egg rolls, ordered small sweet sour chicken with small white rice no rice. Worst meal I have had from this

China one good food and the people that work there good customer service they took their time to order food and cooked well and one of the workers talked Spanish, and it really helped a lot with my family.

First time ordering food here via pickup. First thing, we did not receive the whole order, they forgot to add my vegetable mei fun, only way to be reimbursed was door dash credits or wait 5-7 days for a refund, so without the food or money. Second, the food sizes were not large, smallest I’ve seen in any Chinese restaurant. Third issue, food quality. The bourbon chicken had several hard, grizzly and inedible pieces. Zero stars based on this experience, will not be a returning guest.

We tried this restaurant last night. Everything was as ordered, cooked fresh. The meals were not too salty (which we have found with many Chinese restaurants), or oily. I would definitely recommend them!

Ordered the chicken with broccoli and white rice. The chicken was disgusting. It was stringy and rubbery. You'd think that type of restaurant would be better than Panda Express. Pandas chicken is excellent.

I have never had a problem before here before but tonight 9/2/23 we ordered and picked up our food and when we got home we found that my order was not correct. I called to get the order corrected to have a incredibly rude and nasty girl(likely a teenager)answer and tell us it was our fault the order was not correct. She continued to argue and said management/owner was not available. Then miraculously she said the owners offered 2 sodas for the inconvenience all while being rude. Will not be returning for a while.

I ordered Sesame chicken and lo neon both were just dry lumps that had no flavor. This place used to have good food but lately seems like days old leftovers reheated and served again. Will never go there again.
The food was good, but egg rolls were over fried and taste as over used/burned oil. Besides that the food was good.

The worst fried rice I've ever had in my life, only yellow rice, nothing fried about it...no meat what so ever, ridiculous, how can they sleep at night selling this garbage to people, the only reason I didn't return it was because wasn't worth spending my gas to go back...the special fried rice had maybe three little pieces of what they consider meat that looked like bacon bits...bland, no taste...unless u want to throw away ur money on yellow bland rice don't go there...unbelievable...
