We went there with a large group including two little 2yr olds and the waitress was absolutely great and kept up with our drinks and even brought my two little 2yr old grandsons a pack of crackers while we waited for our food the wairess name is Heather and when we go back we will be asking for her. She was awesome
While food quality is important, the Port Charlotte Metro Diner stands out due to the excellent staff and a hard working managing partner who make every visit a pleasure. Even during peak times they always greet you with a smile and work together as a team-something you rarely see in most restaurants today.
Absolutely love this place- Sandy and all the amazing staff every weekend (this is my husband and I’s weekend breakfast place) is amazing. They know our orders and are like family. We order take out or delivery during the busy work week and are so lucky we live less than 2 miles from this place. Great food, friendly service and consistency- love Metro Diner!
