You have a great up and coming employees, in the young man named Evan that we met last night. He lives up to the standard at culvers, and went beyond. Managers on shift last night also were efficient in the handling of the business while being very busy. Great job, and great food thank you guys!!

We are so excited to go to Culver's for lunch 2 days ago. We ordered the cod sandwich and mushroom Swiss burger. The cod sandwich did not have a tomato and it had dirty lettuce in the sandwich. It was very, very messy. The mushroom Swiss burger was a complete mess and wasn't even put together properly. They didn't even take the time to put the buns on evenly and we ate there and evidently they even wrapped it in paper wrapper to make more edible instead of putting it in a for here container. Every worker there had very very cold faces and none of them smiled until the last girl at the counter when I went up to get a bag for my cheese curds. I even remarked to her that she was the only employee there out of at least 20 employees that smiled. Unfortunately I was so looking forward to eating there because I used to love the fish sandwich there but it was very very poor in all aspects except the atmosphere. All they need to do is slow down and put a smile on their face the way the commercials look. We will not be going back to the Port. Charlotte, Florida location again due to our experience there 2 days ago. I hope somebody reads this and gets the store back on its feet with happy employees who actually smile.

Ordered curdside and they forgot our drink so we just went in and politely asked for it. Josh was very rude about it, and we also ordered tenders and gave us the number to the order. When the order was ready all he did was stare at me instead of calling the number out. I even said have a goodnight and he said it back incredibly rude! All of them were also just joking around when customers are waiting for their order to be taken as well.

Went with my daughter to volunteer at Culviers! A portion of the sale went to her school for the 5th graders to be able to go to Busch Gardens for the end of the year trip at Kingsway Elementary! Thank you Culviers so much!
The mangers are so rude and disrespectful , fries cold had my girlfriend go up there and get me new fries finally hot my other fries were probably sitting under the warmer if they have one lmao , Cassie wills is unprofessional and disrespectful towards my mother when we walked inside and her sister Jacky is the same way both rude I recommend not going to this store nor kings highway or Punta Gorda all own by Cassie wills she doesn’t handle situations well and she talks down on her employees from what my girlfriend experienced from working their for 3 years such a dump that place is lmao if I were you I would go eat at five guys.
