Ordered curdside. Got there at the time that our order was supposed to be done. Waited another 15 minutes. Was the only 1 parked. Concrete mixer was completely melted. They forgot to put the sundae in the bag so I went in. That was melted as well. Would suggest they put these in freezer until they are ready to bring the order out. Usually dont have this issue, not sure what was going on this day.

This is the third time I’ve been disappointed with clovers first time terrible burger second time ordered two fish sandwiches though the drive through got home just a piece of fish no bread today 9/4/2025 I went to clovers on kings high wat in port Charlotte ordered a fish sandwich and fries the fish crust was so hard and dry tried to eat but ended up throwing out most of it the fries were not any better half had to throw out over fried I showed it to the cashier he offered me a fresh Oder but I didn’t accept cause I don’t like free food I prefer you receive what I pay for than these terrible services and then offer me your free food I think that’s it for me much I loved Culver’s before all this I’m done no more for me and my family 😡😡

Terrible customer service. Shut down drive thru and lobby serving only select individuals. Served this person and not others. Drive thru was open and shut down as i pulled thru ... 6pm at night. Drive thru light and board are still lit.

I've eaten at this Culver's many times. Every single staff member has been friendly. Today I went through the drive through and ordered a burger and fries with a bottle of water. The bottle of water was frozen (no big deal) it actually kept it quite cold. However, my burger was not warm at all. The fries were piping hot and delicious. But the main event, the burger, was cold. The cheese wasn't even melted. I was quite disappointed. I'll be going to the Culver's on El Jobean from now on.
