The person that has recently been making the dilly bars needs to be trained in placement of the stick. Simple task please retrain, you take 1 bite and it falls off the stick. I bought 2 boxes and they are all the same.

Asked for medium twist in a cup was told out of cups and cleaning machine(that shouldnt be done at 8pm when open til 11) so no, then asked for a bag for the one item i could purchase and the girl looked at me like i was speaking a foreign language! Horrible customer service skills, train your young staff better so they are not clueless! Im a manager and if this were my staff i would be embarrassed!!! Tables were not clean it was ridiculous, and 4/5 girls were working

I've tried to use my gift cards but am told each time they haven't got that system up and running. And when I call, it's a fake phone number. Can anyone answer when they will start accepting DQ gift cards?

I ordered online of 2 mister misty freezes. They hardly had any misty taste. Just ice cream blended. Tried to call many times but call won't go through.

The pretzels were horrible not nearly as nice as the other Dairy Queen. The Service wasn’t too great either.

Was excited for the Dairy Queen to open back up on Kings highway so I could get my the chocolate extreme blizzard. I order mine but instead of vanilla ice cream I like mine to be made with chocolate ice cream the girl hands me mine I look it’s made with vanilla which I get people make mistakes but when the consumer clearly asks for chocolate ice cream and it’s on the receipt and the screen be a little more diligent paying attention instead of dancing around goofing off. The other girl who was nice offered to make another one. Just frustrating when you’re excited for a blizzard and can’t comprehend a simple request.

Stopped by and ordered a small twist cone and a lemon lime float. Asked the girl if she knew how to make a float and she just looked at me and proceeded to screw it up. I actually had to walk her through how to make and still didn’t get it right. The small cone was more like a kiddy size. Will be going to Tamiami Trail DQ from now on.

Use to be great before hurricane Ian. Now the service is not so great and the quality has gone way down after being closed for over a year. Today 6/6/2024, went there before 10pm and they were closed even though they have 10:30 PM time posted.

Ordered a chocolate milk shake with chocolate ice cream and chocolate syrup. Did not use chocolate syrup. A small ice cream cone that maybe had about 1 1/2 inch of ice cream. They usually are about 3 inches above the cone. Poor service and ooor quality of ice cream.
