We love Fin Sushi! And we personally know the owners and they’re wonderful caring people! The sushi and hibachi here is A1!
Waited over a hour for our food. Watched our sushi sit on the counter for 30mins as waitresses reached over it so get their other orders. Asked for manager after a hour of no food for her to come over and tell us that chicken hibachi takes a long time to make. She offered no apology nothing to remedy the situation finally brought out our food and they forgot the kids hibachi. Altogether took about 11/2 hours to get our whole order. Love this place and yes I would recommend but I was very disappointed to hear today when I ordered take out that I couldn’t swap my noodles out for double rice. Not a big noodle person and I’ve always swapped out for double rice. Well I was just told it’s a $4.50 up charge for this and basically I would still get the noodles and have to pay and additional $4.50 for a side of rice. 😏
