If I could give less stars I would. I asked if they had my ticket once and asked why they were pulling drinks out of the line up and was told that I could wait patiently or get out by a "MANAGER" TAYLER. When I asked to speak to a different manager about her attitude she told me they would not make my drink and they would refund me. I waiting over 20 min "patiently" before asking and witnessed NUMEROUS others asking the same thing. I was told my locals this is a common occurrence...read full review
