McDonald's is a popular fast-food restaurant that offers a variety of menu options, including the iconic Big Mac. Customers praise the restaurant's excellent customer service, with friendly and professional staff. The food is great and turns out best when you special order something so you know it will be hot and fresh. They are usually fast, efficient and friendly. However, the food is never ready, and customers always have to wait in one of their parking spots. The restaurant is generally clean and well-maintained.
