went for a caramel iced latte, maybe the girl was new… But why would you steam hot milk for an iced drink. It was horrible. Went on another occasion and the young lady was very rude or just maybe didn’t want to be there. Wish them luck. New management really needs some work, owners included in that.

We ordered two strawberry drinks. One iced coffee and a meal deal. The girl that was checking us out kept going back and forth between our order and a DoorDash order as we were trying to order. My husband ordered an iced coffee with two vanilla and two mocha. Wrong. He got two vanilla and two milk. Then I asked about the meal deal and she only gave us the sandwich. Then told us we didn’t order a meal deal. I told her he was waiting for you to ask for the drink. She argued that she asked him if that was everything and he said yes. He did say yes bc he thought we were getting the meal deal! So I asked her how do we fix it. She charged us for a new drink (I asked for an iced mocha coffee with cream and sugar and was given an iced latte. Lattes are not included in the meal deal) bc we didn’t get the drink or hashbrowns that come with the meal deal. In my opinion, you are supposed to ask follow up questions about what you want with the meal deal -what kind of drink, etc. The bacon, egg and cheese bagel that we ordered for the meal deal, didn’t even have bacon on it. I asked her if that was the Bacon, egg and cheese bagel, she said yes. The sticker on the side said egg and cheese -.- Maybe next time, FINISH with the people at the counter before you go do a DoorDash order. That’s why everything but the two drinks were wrong. We also never got a receipt to look at anything. Poor service all around. I even looked at my husband and said stuff will be wrong bc she kept walking away as we were trying to order. And I was right. We order the exact same things every single time we go to Dunkin. Nothing is different in this order. This is our second time at this location. We won’t be returning. While we were there someone else didn’t receive things they ordered as well!

Whoever is there AM “cook” as she calls herself has worst attitude and told me “to never interrupt the cook” I was just asking where part of my mobile order was. That employee has no customer service skills at all.

Aubrey is an absolute Dunkin’ star ⭐️ I had a large order for all of my coworkers and she solo’d the order herself and provided excellent customer service and wonderful drinks. 🍹 thank you so much Dunkin’ Donuts for hiring this outstanding young lady. She deserves a raise!

I will never go back to this location the girl behind the counter gave me attitude whem I asked about my friends drink she said she hasn't been waiting as long as everyone else even though I was in front of her it took them 10 min just to take her order and another 25 for a small cold hot chocolate amd a sandwich which she got the food 10 min before the drink but there is other people in front of her you guys need to clean shop and get some respectful people on there

Ordered a bagel and it fell and saw it happen. I asked the lady about it and she completely denied it even after I watched it happen and refused to get me a new one after that one was dirty. She just threw in cream cheese still and gave it to me. Disgusting and so disrespectful after waiting over 10 mins in line and tipping them.
