This is my first trip to the remodeled Dunkin since they reconstructed the building after Hurricane Ian. In addition to adding the much much needed drive-thru, they really gave a beautiful refresh to the inside. The Dunkin is very organized, very fast, very clean and the food was wonderful. This is such a wonderful convenience to have this added to the Shell station. None of us really like having to go pump gas, but it's a nice bonus if you are running late for work and you...
I always go through the drive through I get 2 ice mocha lattes with extra mocha everyone is so nice in there so polite and they are very quick with service! They never disappoint! ☺️
The staff is super friendly. Unfortunately the last 3 times I've gone the order is wrong, incomplete or online menu is not consistent with what's available in the store. This is particularly frustrating when you have prepaid and are swinging through the drive up window. Everything is done so fast the order is often incorrect. I'm from Quincy, Ma. home of the original Dunkins. I remember when it was " time to make the donuts" and they were awesome ?
