I have never been treated to such great customer service in my life. To start there was this lady yelling at this manager in a black shirt. I later found out his name was Chris. She was beyond a Karen and the way he handeled her astonished me. She threw something at him and everything and he never said a cross word to her. He made she all the customers including her were happy. I wanted to hire this guy for my business because you don’t find good customer service these days....read full review
One of the worst BLT’s I have ever had. Cold, over cooked, stale bacon. Asked the server if they had any freshly cooked bacon and she said they cook all of their bacon in the morning for the day. Should have asked for my money back on the spot. Live and learn.
First time trying Five Guys. Will definitely not be back.
