Worst ihop I've ever been in. 31 minutes to get food in an empty restaurant. Then as we are getting the check we are brought the potatoes they forgot with our meal. Banana was black on my pancakes. Awful Ihop.

How hard is it to deliver a short stack of pancakes hot. The fake butter did not even soften on them.There were only two other couples in the restaurant and the couple next to our table were also given cold breakfasts that were supposed to be hot. Very sorry we patronized IHOP today.

My daughters and I came in for breakfast. We had some pancakes to share and I had eggs and hashbrowns. It was all delicious. Tomas was our server and he was amazing. Very attentive and proactive. He was also patient considering my daughters are young and loud. We will definitely be back and asking for Tomas.

I had to catch someone to write my name on the list to be seated, as they didn’t have a dedicated person to be a host/hostess, and the staff quite honestly would look over at the host area, but not bother coming over. They kept passing g the buck for someone else to do it. Worst customer service experience ever at an IHOP
