Today I went in and Chad and David were making the subs. Always friendly and professional. My sub was made perfectly.

Visited Mike's, got it giant. Let Mike have his way with it, extra oil. It was amazing and im completely full. Satisfied fully. Great service. Will come again. Sub was good too.

Definitely disappointed today. Ordered a takeout via mobile . #8 with jalapeño chips. Light juices! Sandwich is soaked and soggy. Got pickle chips. Your phone is not working to call back! Love your sandys but too expensive to not pay attention! UPDATE: Next visit in. Took care of me without hesitation!

Best Jersey Mikes around. I can’t even go to any others because this one is so good! Can’t thank David enough for recommending the best sub on the menu. I tend to order what I know I like but I asked him to make me what he would eat and he did not disappoint!

I stopped in today to pick up lunch just before the lunch rush. I placed an order for takeout and got the usual that we always get. The sub was made right away with no issues. I also ordered a buffalo chicken bowl. I waited a half hour. Whrn the kid brought it over to me to see if i wanted everything on it and was stopped by the cashier. She grabbed it from him and just stuffed it in tge bag and handed it to me. I really didn't think anything of it. I got home and there was barely anything in the bowl. Like, the meet and cheese didn't even cover half the bottle of the bowl. I drove all the way back there to have them fix it. As compensation, the store manager offered me a cookie. A COOKIE!!! I will never go back there. We order from them every week. I just couldn't believe the disrespect. They lost 2 weekly customers.

The subs were fresh and delish! We got the Philly cheesesteak, fresh deli sliced roast beef, and tuna subs. Josh and Keysha were super friendly us and especially our 4 year old who loves to interact with fun-loving people :) Thanks for making our dine-in experience so enjoyable! Good music too

We had an amazing experience at this location. Best one in the Southwest Florida area. Chad made us great sandwiches they fresh and made to perfection. We were greeted by the staff and we felt right at home.

Pretty upset, ordered online and they forgot our chips but hey I work in customer service I get it! then I’m eating my sandwich and bite something hard, I think maybe a bone? Then spit it out to reveal clear PLASTIC. I’m all for extra toppings but uh not this one! I’m pretty annoyed customers be aware, and hope the employees are extra careful going forward. Cause this is ridiculous.

We love Jersey Mike's. I am so grateful for a place that offers Gluten Free and takes the effort to change gloves and clean equipment for me. My issue is this location. The staff is really lacking consistently. For example, last time I went in there were two gentlemen working. They were busy making sandwiches for clearly an online order so when I wasn't immediately greeted I patiently waited. I said hi after a minute, still nothing. Then ANOTHER customer walked in and THAT person was immediately greeted and asked what they could make for them. I asked if I was invisible and they looked at me like I was crazy. Clearly I AM invisible. I choose another location when I can because we do still love the food. It's just the staff at this one that is unfortunate.
