Absolutely horrible, the pizza was over an hour later than we were told and the staff was joking around and swearing while I was waiting there with my daughter and there was nobody there that cares.

Pizza showed up room temperature at best. Will never order from there again. Every establishment is suffering from the workers they hire. A total low life was the delivery person. Such a sad world.

Scam Location do not go here they will feign ignorance to steal your moneyMy family went in expecting a very easy order2 orders of 16 wings ($24 each +tax)×2= $51.12 and an order of cheese sticksKeep in mind that the order of 16 wings comes with 2 sauce cups which 2+2=4Well the "thing" behind the counter said that "it" couldn't ring up 2 orders of 16 ,and the register could only do 4 orders of 8 ($13+tax)×4 = $55.38$55.38-$51.12 =$4.26 upcharge for the same number of wingsAnd each order should still come with a cup of sauce so it should still be 4 , 1+1+1+1= and we order and extra sauce cup which brjngs it to 5 because 4+1 = 5Well imagine our suprise that when we open our boxes that we only had 2 sauce cups , and last I checked 1+1+1+1+1=5 not 2Well mom and dad went back in to complain and ask for our 3 other sauce cups and the "things" behind the counter had the gaul to argue over common sense and refused to give us our cups or the option to pay for moreSo of course my mom and dad , leave refusing to argue with the " things " that lack common senseI go back in and the "things" are snickering and gossiping and one of them says "im about to kick someone out" andso I ingore this and ask for 2 of our sauce cups and the "thing" behind the counter storms off and sends another "thing" up and i ask again and am once again met with hostility but i am handed 2 cupsWell we still are missing a cup and had a $4 upchargeSo guess what GO AHEAD KICK US OUT WE WONT BE BACK ANYWAYAnd dont come replying with a corporate response saying "please share your experience on this link" because we all know no one will read it and it will just go straight in the garbage bin

Used to be pretty good, but we've been given pizza toppings on raw dough twice in a row. Called to let them know, and the "best they can do" is give us a credit for next time. There won't be a next time, as I can't keep feeding my kids dangerous, uncooked food.

I am a long time lover of papa johns. But over the years they have just gone further and further downhill. The staff at kingshighway is ALWAYS so friendly. But this last time we went I and my two sons had HORRIBLE food poisoning from our pizza. I noticed the store still has water damage from Ian I believe ...which is nuts. Corporate do better. The last few times we've ordered carry out , we have not had happy stomachs, and this last time was my last straw. Nothing against the staff, as I said they were nice. But I don't think they're given the proper tools, food and store to do a better job.

Ordered off app. Their food prep tracker is a nice touch. So many times it's unclear whether an establishment got the order online or not. Have no qualms about the Papa Johns app they immediately send you an email with the tracker; when the received, are preparing, and ready for pick up. My pizza was actually ready a few mins sooner than they quoted me. Pizza was delicious. This is just a pick up or delivery.Not an eat-in, sit down place.
Decided to try new garlic sauce stuffed crust. It was terrible. Added pepperoni and green peppers not much on the pie and with delivery the price went from $13.99 to $27 including the toppings and delivery. Pjs used to be decent. Delivery driver was super nice especially considering the store isn’t very close. I feel bad to leave a bad review but the pizza was just not good.

Ordered an xl pzza,had a bogo coupon applied. They sent me 1 xl and a small 10 inch pizza as the 2nd pizza. I spoke with manager Chris who said that was the way it was ordered on line so that's what you got. I said web error. He said he would not correct their mistake. No more papa John's for us!

Ordered 60$ worth of food and they send a driver with only 20$ in change and with no compromise other than him coming back in a hour with our cold pizza and change to break 100$ bill
