Brother's Fish House

This restaurant is family owned and the food is delicious. I especially love their fried oysters, scallops (blackened), seafood crab cake, and the service is amazing! You will not be disappointed.

Very Casual atmosphere, good hot food and the staff was great! Definitely worth checking out! 👍

Had to try the fried whole Snapper, Excellent! Fresh and crispy, light breading , got a side of whole belly clams and okra, will order again..

The staff were very polite. While I was waiting for my order, I over heard someone that called in an order & had no clue what they wanted. But the young lady taking the order kindly suggested a few meals that fit the person’s appetite & budget. She handled it very well.

I went in to order carry out. They had a special menu with fresh fish caught that day. I ordered the salmon and it didn't disappoint it really good. It was my first time going to Brothers, and if I want fish sometime in the future, I know where to go.

Just ok. We had the fried shrimp and fried clams baskets with an order of hush puppies. Not much flavor. Would not go back again.

Absolutely delicious! Sauted Red Snapper is my favorite. Superb!
Hubby ate the Red Grouper. He said it was as great as lobster. Also tried the fresh green beans with salted garlic. Incredible! Definitely will be returning very soon.

While looking for New England seafood in Punta Gorda after the craft fair Two Brothers in Port Charlotte came up on Google, we read the reviews and decided to give it a try.
As soon as we walked through the door I was impressed with how clean it was.
The food was excellent, whole belly clams were fried but the batter was very light and not greasy. My Cod and fries was awesome.
We tried the calamari and it was among the best we have ever tried.
Our server was very attentive and friendly.
I would highly recommend this place. We live in Nokomis but will be making the drive again just to go to Two Brothers.

After reading the rave reviews we wanted to try Brother’s. Ordered 2 fish and chips for take out. Jen took my order over the phone. Very friendly, pleasant. We replaced the pollock with haddock. Flavor was great and I’m sure it would have been even better at the restaurant rather than sitting in a box for the ride home to North Port. The coleslaw was very good as well. We will be back.

Fabulous! Being from Maine, when I saw haddock and scallops on the menu in south Florida, I was skeptical. I ordered the grouper (grilled) and my husband ordered the haddock (grilled) and scallops and both meals were delicious! Fresh and perfectly cooked! We will be back!
