I couldn't resist ordering tostones again on my second visit. They are just that good! Crispy, addictive, and the ideal side for any meal. I might have to make it a tostones tradition.
Sometimes simplicity is key, and the yellow cornmeal here proves it. Simple, tasty, and the perfect accompaniment to many of the dishes. A classic done right.
The sautéed beef liver and cornmeal were a winning combo. The liver was tender, and the cornmeal added a delightful texture. A dish that exceeded my expectations – simply delicious.
