“Recently went in for the BOGO large pizza and ordered 2 pizzas and wings. Pizza still tasted a little doughy and wasn’t very hot, so I did the survey. Got an email from the manager Valerie and she credited me for my order. When I called to order again, I spoke with her and she was extremely sweet and apologetic about my first order. Got the big dinner box this time and was very pleased with the quality and customer service. Thank you!“
“We get takeout from this Pizza Hut fairly often. We order a thin crust pizza with light cheese and veggies mostly for the low calories. The pizza tonight was outstanding! It’s unusual to get a low calorie pizza that is so full of flavor. Kudos to the manager of this location!!! You guys rock.“
