They no longer give out cheese or pepper packets. You have to buy them. Marinara sauce is half the size. Pan pizza is no longer crispy crust. Slow on getting food out the last few times. No atmosphere as there is not indoor dining.

We get takeout from this Pizza Hut fairly often. We order a thin crust pizza with light cheese and veggies mostly for the low calories. The pizza tonight was outstanding! It’s unusual to get a low calorie pizza that is so full of flavor. Kudos to the manager of this location!!! You guys rock.

I am so dissappointed in this location. We get pizza monthly but no more from here. Missing soda. Wrong pizza crust. Employees wrestling out front. Pizza being thrown in front of you on the counter instead of handing to you. I tried calling but no one answers the phone. I am contacting corporate or whoever I can. I have wasted so much money on food and drinks at your place and it's been either missing or just gross.

It's not a sit down and eat place it's just a takeout place so there really is no atmosphere
So, it had been awhile sense i had ordered from pizza hut. I've always loved their pizza. Tonight however, just ughhh it was above and beyond! I ordered the large stuffed crust with bacon and pineapple. With it cooked a little longer. Normally when i order this at places its always a bit soggy due to the pineapple, but not here. Also, they didn't over cook it like crazy, when i requested it be cooked slightly longer, nope! It was a perfect pizza on the more well done side. Highly recomemd this pizza hut!

I'm here on holiday from scotland and tried this pizza hut. Sorry, took one bite and the rest went in the bin. Over cooked, no cheese. Worst pizza I have ever ordered. Give up making pizza it's just not working.

Didn't get everything I ordered in my delivery. I complained and was told they could not hear me and that I should turn up my volume. Cell phones don't have adjustable microphones. I tried shouting and they hung up on me. Are you kidding me? I called back again later and was basically given ok ok we'll get to that, and nothing ever happened from it. No refund or replacement items were brought. Also called corporate and they told me they can do nothing about a local restaurant in terms of contacting them, getting me a replacement, or a refund. Totally useless. Sadly I cannot chargeback as I dumbly used cash this time. AVOID THIS PLACE. From now on if I want franchise pizza, I will only order from Dominos and Papa John's now (each with excellent service), screw this location of Pizza Hut. Might try the Price/Toldeo Blade location if I can even be bothered to go that far. But could be same management ... who knows.
