We had a fabulous dinner tonight at Prime Serious Steak in Port Charlotte. The food was excellent as always and the service impeccable. The manager was very friendly and the experience was great. I encourage you to check it out asap.
We arrived on Sunday (8/10) afternoon to a short 10-minute wait. There were plenty of empty tables. After being seated, we waited 20 minutes without being acknowledged by any of the several staff members who walked past us. I eventually went to the hostess stand to ask her to let our server know we were seated. I saw her speak to our server, point toward our table, and then return.
