I am writing to report a concerning experience at the Red Lobster location in Port Charlotte, Florida on February 14th.
My husband and I had an 8:00 PM reservation for Valentine’s Day. We arrived at 7:45 PM and were not seated until approximately 8:20–8:30 PM. We did not receive our food until nearly 10:00 PM. While the wait was lengthy, our server June was polite and attempted to make up for the delay by providing complimentary items.

I had a great experience at red lobster recently! My server, Alexandra, took great care of my table with multiple young children. The kids loved their meals and I loved my shrimp Alfredo 🤤
My husband and I came to enjoy a nice dinner tonight only to be greeted by a rude hostess when we came in. I had previously called and spoke to a nice woman and told her we were running a little late due to traffic and had reservations for 7. She told me it was slow to not worry. We arrived at 7:15 to an almost empty restaurant. The hostess told us we would have to wait 10-15 min. Sure np. We sat and waited.
