Food is a 10/10! They have many options for such an amazing price. Pizza is huge! Sundaes are so worth trying! They do get pretty long lines tho, and sitting area is usually a bit packed, just a heads up :)

how could you honestly have 50% of your gas pumps closed. This is absolutely ridiculous. There is no excuse no reason and no explanation. This club has more excuses than they have reasons for what they do the management here at our poor at best maybe they need to start over and find good people.

We joined Sam’s a week ago. The employee at the desk talked me into the plus membership, assuring me that the lanai furniture I wanted to purchase would be free to ship. This is not true. I attempted to order $5,200 with more to purchase next week. The charge for shipping was $328 which I am not willing to pay, as I can go to Lowe’s, Home Depot, Walmart, Wayfair, Kohls, and overstock, and receive free shipping.
I was instructed to call the.com number regarding the lack of free shipping. They assured me the store could make that right. That was not true either.
The employees at the store were sympathetic, but unable to help in any way. I requested my plus membership refund which was no problem.
I will remain a SamsClub member for the rest of my year. However, I will think twice before ever joining again. I do not appreciate being misled.

I used the pick up option from Sam’s club Port Charlotte this morning. They DO NOT delivery your order to your car. You must go inside and wait in line at customer service. Also employees were not wearing gloves or masks. One employee was even smoking right outside the exit door. I definitely wouldn’t recommend the Port Charlotte location if you are trying to social distance.
