Awful customer service the one employee was very rude because we came in 35 minutes before closing . A paying customer should never feel unwanted when entering a restaurant. It shouldn’t matter what time a customer comes in if it’s during your hours of operation . Couldn’t even get my sandwich toasted because the toaster was already shut off.

I came in with coupons and they didn’t except the coupons and told me I cannot use them here!! The employees name was Carla in older lady. When asked the number to corporate headquarters she didn’t want to give them to me. Heather, the manager should really look into this The location is 829 Tamiami Trail port Charlotte 33954

So rude employ,i didnt hear what she said after i said hello,so i start the order, she replied with tone,i siad i be with you in a moment.and im regularly coustmer who go there at least 3 times a week.If your not a morning person,get a after noon job.

I tried to put in an order for one sandwich for tomorrow morning so that I can pick it up early and it won't let me do that. Because it is 10 minutes to 9:00 it tells me that the store is closed. And then since the store is closed per the web, it won't let me order from this store. I've run into this issue before with another store and was told to just call and order on the phone. So I just tried that, and the gentleman told me he doesn't take over the phone orders. I can see if it was 1986 and the internet and web orders were all new, but it's 2021! And no over the phone orders, WTH!

It’s subway so the food is as expected, mediocre. The service at this location however is great. The people are personable and friendly. It appears they retain their employees for a while as I see the same faces often.
Its just subway. The staff are better than the food.

Very grossed out the employee at subway took my bread out and three flies were all over it. She did not even think twice and was about to make my sandwich. I told the lady never mind and walked out after waiting in line for 15 minutes.
