This is toasted? Looks scorched to me. It’s literally hard. Also if you don’t have the cookies someone ordered, mark it as unavailable so you just don’t take the money for the cookies and the customer gets nothing. The sandwich was clearly rushed. I got nothing I added to the sub actually on it. Whoever was working around 7:45 on 3/20, please just find a different job. This clearly isn’t your forte. Did you forget how to make a simple sandwich? Please don’t procreate

Ordered 2 BLTS online. B=bacon L=lettuce T= tomato. Picked them up brought them home. One BLT had no lettuce no tomato. Just mayonnaise and 2 pcs of bacon on a foot long. Really? The ingredients of the sandwich are in the damn name! The other BLT had 1 pc of bacon on the entire foot long. Took them back to the restaurant and the worker was pissed at us saying she made it correctly and we were wrong. We showed her the sandwich and she said thats all we ordered. Said we only ordered bacon on bread LOL eventhough we showed her our receipt that says BLT, she was combative and extremely rude and wouldn't let us speak to the manager. Then fought us about not enough bacon on the second sandwich saying thats how they come. Ended up fixing it but arguing and fighting with us the entire time. Don't have a name but she was a short blonde lady maybe in her 40s with a very strong accent. Last month we ordered a sandwich online asking for very light mustard on all of them. We took them home and the sandwiches were covered in dripping mustard inside and out....literally mustard sandwiches like they dumped the bread in the entire tub of mustard. Absolute horrible customer service especially for the price. I'll stick to pub subs from now. Better food better prices and employees who can actually give you what you order.

I had a fantastic experience at Subway today, thanks to Mia B.! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and was very attentive to my order. She was efficient and made sure my sandwich was prepared just the way I like it. Mia also recommended their freshly baked cookies, which were absolutely delicious—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside! Her friendly attitude and attention to detail truly made my visit enjoyable. Great customer service — Mia is an asset to the team! I’ll definitely be returning.

Ordered an Uber eats delivery. I ordered a BLT. The bacon was burnt to a crisp. The provolone was cold and rockhard. The bun wasn’t toasted. There was no cucumber or banana pepper that was supposed to be on it. Then I call the location and the lady working rn tells me she made it and that it didn’t say toasted… what about all the other things that were wrong with the sub…. Then the call just gets fake static and o get hung up on. Do better subway. DO BETTER, HIRE BETTER QUALITY PPL

24142 Peachland Blvd. Port Charlotte , FL Subway 2 pm 12/06/2023. Thank you so much for not being able to fulfill my request for (6) footlong subs with condiments on the side. According to the mgr they would need a 24 hr notice to do this. She was there with (2) other employees and (0) customers. I even offered to leave an hour and come back in case other customers came in. Nope!I walked over to Publix. They were more than happy to make the footlong subs with condiments on the side. There was (1) employee working the counter at the time and I saved $10. Win!!

I usually come in twice a week, and Connie is the best! She's the sweetest woman. Always makes the best subs, and takes pride in her work. Customer service at food places seems to be failing but not with Connie!! ♥️
