I ordered online and I got in a little early and waited and watched my food sit there and by the time I got it, it was ice cold somehow and even the dippers we had gotten were ice cold as well.

The (assumed to be manager) girl with the fake blonde wig and heavy makeup was beyond rude. My partner and I went here for dinner. She was rude from the start but we tried to give her the benefit of the doubt since working in fast food is awful. We were very kind to her, thanking her for everything but still, when it came time to hand us our subways, she literally slammed them on the counter. We walked away in disbelief of how rude she was. If your job is so awful, get a new one. There’s no need to be rude to the people who are trying to be understanding and appreciative of your service.

I order the same thing everytime. A rotisserie chicken wrap with no sauce. It's saved on my app. The associate hand delivered it to me as I cofirmed my name AND the sandwich (rotisserie chicken wrap for Angelo). I received a turkey wrap with ranch. Not only is the order blatantly wrong, but she looked at me as I confirmed the order knowing it's not a rotisserie chicken wrap. She was the only one there so I know she made it. Did she not think I would know?

I went to order subway at the one on kings highway in Walmart. I tried to order my food and guess I was not speaking loud enough to Cathy /Cassandra’s liking and she was extremely rude. I did not get any food and had to walk away. If I go back and she is there I will never order food or have her make it. I am terribly disappointed because I order from here all the time. ? Todays date that I was there is 5/17/2023.
Subway has a senior discount. The discount is 10 percent with Aarp card. There was a nice gentleman at the counter who wasn't familiar with the discount. He went in back and asked I believe the manager. Likewise, she was not familiar Subway s Senior discount program. The gentleman came back out and apologized. He was very customer friendly .Someone should advise this store of the Senior discount.Seniors I would choose a different store that honors the Senior discount.

Terisa was PHENOMENAL she was super informative and way helpful, and was super patient and so so sooo nice when I was having trouble deciding, she even explained the new menu and was very fast and very caring and detailed about every single part of our order. Very slow . And rude the girl working there today refused to help the boy when he asked for help she just stood there watching him and then when i went to pay the card machine didn’t wanna work and they didn’t have a sign saying anything literally waited in line for 20 min just to not be able to get my sub and I’m pregnant.
