Every single time I order through the drive thru my order is right on the screen and then completely wrong when they hand me the bag. I always add items in my burrito and they never add it when I open it. The food is not fresh. And they didn’t put in my nachos I ordered.

Me and my boyfriend went for the first time in a while and we weren’t even allowed twenty seconds to even look at the menu. My boyfriend asked for a second so we could read and figure out what to order and the employee said “okay”. I couldn’t even get a word out to my boyfriend without a second voice asking us what we wanted, when we asked for another moment, i tried talking to my boyfriend again only to get interrupted AGAIN. Normally I wouldn’t get this upset because I understand rushing someone if there’s a lot of people in line, but it was 9pm and nobody behind us and nobody in the restaurant. How are people supposed to even order anything if yall aren’t giving anyone time to even think?

Just went through the drive through people are rude they wouldn't let me exchange food when I found out the box I ordered my kids was flaming hot. Nothing was opened was still in drive through. They told me I had to come in and order new boxes for them. Definitely won't be back to this place. Trash

It's absolutely absurd that you charge so much for what we got. The meals we received were nothing but she'll and lettuce. Where's the meat and I paid extra to substitute the chicken. It's ridiculous I will not be returning to Taco Bell anytime soon if at all. Worst ever.

I can’t see these restaurants staying in business very much longer. The quality of food they provide has gone down hill drastically and the cost has gone up. They do a bait and switch, what is pictured on the menu is not what you get and god forbid if you ask them to hold the lettuce for your child’s tacos, I hope everyone stops spending their hard earned money for this subpar food and they go out of business.

Ok so I did a online order and ordered alot for the kids and wife and myself this is what we go check out the pictures so I called them and was like what's going on why is there no sour cream hardly any meat on anything or lettuce or tomatoes and her response was and I quote we are out of sour cream running low on lettuce meat and cheese why in the world would you make the order then with a kind of laugh in her voice says would you like to come out and we will remake the order I said why when your running out just refund my order and her response was to say nope and then hang up this is insane one of the tacos had no meat on it just lettuce cheese and tomatoes I'm beyond upset this should not happen if you don't have customers your store would not be in business or get new crew members in there that know there job
