Very good ham. The service at this location was great. The cleanliness was a draw as well. Service is great.

Paid $80 for ham for Easter. Ham tasted good but was only spiral cut less than halfway through which was very disappointing.

I've been a fan of the Honey Baked Ham Company for over 20 years. And I can honestly say, their quality and consistency in providing amazing Hams every single time I've gone there has never changed. The Port Charlotte location lives up to my experience. And the staff there is super friendly and helpful. The 4 stars comes from it's location. This place needs a better location.

I'm kind of disappointed. The ham tastes fine. Their directions are to eat it at room temperature. That negated the glaze. My wife likes her food hot.

Horrible customer service wasn't sure what I wanted and started to ask questions and the lady was just rude. I love these hams but will never go back to this place ended up not being happy with what I got at all. Do t have a business if your not going to help your customers

Ordered the Cobb salad as take out. Was a terrible salad missing ingredients that come
on a Cobb salad normally. It was made with bagged salad iceberg. I was charged incorrectly. Called store twice and was promised a call back from manager to correct. They never called. Honey Baked Ham is a great brand; however, I would avoid the Port Charlotte location. I had to contact their corporate office and they were very responsive and corrected the billing error.

This sandwich shop may not have a signature appearance or even a giant sign, but they have the best ham sandwich I've had in my life.
It's a shame there were no customers in the middle of the day. With the food being fantastic there should be a line out the door.

Very poor experience, ordered online, billed double. Manager at store informed me I had to come to the store to be issued credit for billing error. Upon visiting store, manager refused to issue credit and insisted I accept more product instead. Owner unavailable and I was told he is "out of the country". Food was OK, but I was billed double and management would not give my money back!

Picked up couple days before holidays. Great as always, really happy I got the boneless since for only two people. Sandwiches for a week afterwards!

Parking: No problem with parking, easy in and easy out!

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and easy out. Very short wait.
