Wally's Southern Style BBQ

Wallys is hit or miss. Idk why. If they could consistently be a hit they would be 5 stars and the best bbq around. Unfortunately sometimes the ribs are dry or not tender. And the brisket needs better bark/seasoning.. when its a hit the ribs are amazing. Definitely get alot of food too

Idk who Wally is but I love him. 😍 Best place I’ve been to other than Husk in Savannah, GA and a fancy French place in Woodbridge, Virginia… La Hermitage Bistro. 👏 So yummy! And we were shocked that bill was as small as it was! We ordered a lot of food!

Ordered take out and it was exceptional!! The Place To Go for BBQ!! The crew are always polite, always quick, and very helpful. We go here when we are in town and always pleased with their BBQ… our favorite is the Sampler never a disappointment.

Went to the new mission bbq in port charlotte only to realize it's a fast food type bbq. ,no thanks. Then went to wallys. Really good bbq, server was attentive and friendly, had a nice sit down lunch the way it's supposed to be.

Brisket was incredibly dry. Mac and cheese is great, but that’s the only thing we liked. Fried green tomatoes were very bland.. Disappointing after several recommendations. Tips were dry too. Pork was seriously tasteless. Portions are huge and the endless break is great. Otherwise, such a bummer. Will not be back.

Service just ok. Long wait. Food just ok.

The food was AMAZING! We are so impressed with every item we ate (and we ordered quite a few things) delicious and great portion sizes. Also - the staff is fantastic!! I cannot say enough good things about this place! We will be returning frequently.

The food is amazing. Portions are good sized. Great value and affordable prices. We always end up with leftovers.
