Live in Deep Creek rarely go down that way to eat. I also rarely write reviews. The food was fresh and hot.. And the GM there really is doing a wonderful job in my opinion. She went out of her way to make sure our meals were as fresh and hot as possible. Which I believe is the first time in my 54 years that, that has happened from any GM in any fast food establishment I have ever encountered. I understand service is nowhere near what it used to be.. But that was not the case today....read full review
They could start by giving you food that is edible. my fries were cold and half burnt. I went during a busy time, so fries should never ge cold during lunch rush.
Also, need to teach your cashiers to count back change. My change should have been 84 cents, she gave me 63 cents.
Very disappointing Wendys.
