Fries were cold again. And they forgot the nugget sauce. Twice in a week span. Guy at the drive thru thought it was a good idea to use profanity in order to have a conversation. This is why Chik-fil-a stays busy. Wish they had one in Englewood.

I went to this wendy’s today around 1 pm and the service was not how it’s supposed to be. When I got my food, the nuggets tasted old and the chili made my stomach turn. Do not recommend!!!!! The place isn’t sanitary either, seems dirty.

During my most recent visit, the issues were particularly frustrating. First, I explicitly ordered unsweetened iced tea but was served sweet tea.

When I requested ketchup, the server simply nodded without speaking. After an awkward minute of silence, she finally clarified that they were out. A non-verbal response to a request is confusing and unacceptable in customer service.

The lack of attentiveness and poor communication made for a genuinely bad experience both times.

Went through the drive-thru at 1235 today for lunch, it seems as a person that is at the window is very unhappy, they refuse to smile or say please or say thank you honestly I felt like I was inconveniencing them by ordering the way they were speaking to me maybe customer service needs to be retrained here

I was told by the older man I was disgusting for waiting at the counter to pick up a late DoorDash order. I would love to refer to him as a gentleman but he was far from that. Now I understand why that place is always empty. It’s people like this that make me want to quit being a doordasher. I’ll stay on the other side of town from now on.

Stopped in at the 24180 Veterans location to use an app offer for $1.99 Single with any purchase. We ordered a $6 bag and the extra single. It rang up at $6.75+ for the single alone.
The clerk scanned my QR code and it came up 727 code with $.01 off. Even though he could clearly read the offer of $1.99 for the single, he said there was no way to honor it. Seriously?
Any manager with any cash register skill could have overrid the price to $1.99. I know, I used to Manage a Wendy's in PGH. We chose to vote with our feet and leave. We went to Culver's where the staff is always more than friendly.
Do better Wendy's. Dave would be ashamed of you.

Trying to get a hamburger with no cheese took 3 tries. Why is everything a cheeseburger. Just means I am paying for cheese because I can't eat it.

Wanted to try the new fusion frosty. Went through the drive through. Server couldn't get them order correct. They made up the frosty and then waited on a large order. By the time i got to the window, paid, and get mybfrosty...it was soup. Yeah...going to Culvers next time.

Food is always hot! Manager is a nice lady. Service is a little slow but that’s bc they seem understaffed. But I don’t mind waiting a few extra minutes for fresh hot food.
