Margarita was $15 and was very bland with little alcohol. After 2 attempts at a remake, I gave up. Asada tacos were ok. Shredded quesadilla was really good. Special mix hot salsa was fabululous ? . Only 1 server in the restaurant, he was courteous but overworked. My child got a cheeseburger, but they had no mayo, mustard, pickles, etc...Overall, ok. I was told they have great specials on Tuesdays, though.

My experience in this place will have me coming back again and again. My friend and I decided to have dinner here. We haven't seen each other in months. It was bike week and I, being a local, was worried it was going to be overwhelming. I was pleasantly surprised. There was no one there when I came at first. I had a margarita while I waited for my friend to come. I took a look at them menu. It was huge. They had so many great options to chose from. When my friend got there we had another margarita bc I couldn't decide. I ended up going with my go to of what I order from this type of restaurant for my dinner order. I got the seafood dip bc that is what I found on my foodie group on Facebook, that everyone seemed to love. It was amazing. I had leftovers. Usually, I do not take it home bc it will just take room up in my fridge. I took it home at the end of my meal. I ordered the molcajete as my entree and I added shrimp. This is my go to. It's huge portions allows me to enjoy it for 2 days. The longer it sits, the better it is. The molcajete was just amazing. The flavors were there as much as the staples to this dish, as anywhere else I have had it. I really can't choose one. It's my favorite and every place I decided to have it is consistent. The margaritas were two for one. They were easy, and strong. I couldn't have asked for a better experience when trying a new place. The staff was amazing. Not pushy, not trying to get you in and out. They worked as a team and met my expectations. I am a former 18 year veteran in the food industry. I know what is right and wrong. Amazing. I will be coming back for more! Thank you Agave for everything! You have a local for life now! I ordered stuff to go for my fiance and son. They liked it better than my normal places. ♥️

When we got there around 4pm it was pretty empty... I am a mom of 2 kids, who I brought, and it was very much a bar atmosphere with bar clientele, which is fine, but I wouldn't have brought my kids. I realize it was early for dinner so maybe it was just happy hour folk rather than a dinner atmosphere.The service was a little slow and nothing to keep the kids entertained either so I had a hard time with that.Overall the food was pretty good. I would probably go again but leave the kids this time.It would be helpful if they had crayons or something to keep kids entertained.Kid-friendliness: Older kids would be better but I had a tough time with younger kids
