I’ve been trying new pizza places to find the best one around, and let me start by telling you, this place jumped up to top 3 for me.I ordered 2 pizzas online, a 14” cheese and a 16” Hawaiian. The app told me it would be ready in 30 minutes, but I got there about 5 minutes after that time. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and asked what my name was, and they checked and told me unfortunately it would be about another 10 minutes. No worries, they had chairs there for me to sit in, so I took a seat and waited.I heard my name called and looked over and the lady had 3 pizzas. I told her I only ordered 2, but she said “you get a free one since you had to wait”. That is some high quality customer service. They didn’t have to do that, but I very much appreciated the gesture.Moving onto the pizza themselves. The cheese pizza had a very good flavor. You can taste multiple cheeses and there was just the right amount of sauce. The Hawaiian for me is where this review shined. I asked for a little extra cook to make the crust crispy through the app, and that’s exactly what I got. The ham was very good, not overly salty, and complimented the sweetness of the pineapple to make one of the best Hawaiian pizzas I’ve ever had.I will definitely be going back here. Prices were fair, customer service was out of this world, and the pizza itself was extremely tasty.

Moved away over 2 years ago from here and had a vacation for a week here and had to come and get their pizza. It's the best. Hasn't changed. Miss this place so much.

First timer and I was impressed by the amount of good looking food and it tasted great. Albertos of port orange gets no complaints from me!I have had just about all the take-out food here in this town for about 8 months with much disappointment and Albertos was worth every $36.00 a single one person could eat, compliments to the cook also Thanks y'all ?.

Pizza is not consistent and sometimes lacking sauce. Also owner does not care properly for his rental property. Just sayin.. Hopefully he takes better care of his kitchen.

I’m not knocking there food it’s on par with other places in the area and I believe in supporting our local restaurants but when me and my wife drive to your business go in place our order wait in parking lot go back in to get our food go to pay and are hit up for a tip, I have to ask what for I did everything except make the pizza and that’s your job, you should be happy we brung our business to you, I believe in tipping when a service is provided but in this case it wasn’t, my wife caved and left a 5 dollar tip but we have not been back to do any business and won’t be

Today is 3/23/23 and whomever is working tonight, needs to be retrained. The girl at the counter quoted me 15 to 20 minutes for my 18" half pepperoni, 5 garlic knots and a small pizza bowl. It took 40 minutes which is a massive difference number one, number two, the pizza is more like 16 inches not 18. I usually get great food and service from here, not sure what happened tonight, but I'll be going elsewhere for a while . I wish I could add a photo but it won't let me.2/29/2024 no response from the owner or anyone about my last review. Not surprised. After my last experience nearly a year ago, my family decided we were done with Alberto's and we were heading back to Luigi's and we are not disappointed, Luigi's is FANTASTIC!Tonight is Thursday 2/29/2024 and my daughter has a " spirit night" through her school, spruce Creek elementary and we enjoy supporting her school. Well, once again Alberto's has failed. Teenagers making pizzas on a busy Thursday night, you would think the owner would want to make sure the night is smooth. Nope. Food made wrong, pizza soggy from mounds of cheese, your food cost must be out of this world. I asked for a side of garlic butter and they dumped 12 ounces of it into the box. I know this because I poured it out into a measuring cup. It's so sad to see this place go downhill, when it used to be our " go to". No wonder the Barber Shop didn't last very long.

Check your receipt. Didnt notice until I got home they tacked on a "service fee" for a takeout order. Ummmmm NO! I will never eat there again. Chicken wings tasted like they cooked them in a dirty skillet or something... tasted like burned grease.

Used their Catering option for a school function this holiday season. Portions were HUGE, Produce was fresh, and the Ziti arrived piping hot. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you to the crew working that day!
