Applebee's Grill + Bar

We (party of 3) were sat at a table immediately. Then we sat there for 20 minutes and never got any acknowledgment from anyone. I even tried to let the hostess know that we had been waiting and her reply was “I have other people to seat”. And dismissed me. We waited another 5 minutes and left unnoticed to go across the street to Houligans. I recommend just going to straight to anywhere else really. :) have a nice day.

The food wasn’t the best. I got the chicken Alfredo and fries to go, and they only gave me eleven fries, and bland chicken Alfredo with little to no cheese and seasoning. I’ve never gotten such small portions of my order before…The service wasn’t the best, I had to wait about 20 minutes to pick up my order after getting there for the said time. You really had to stare an employee down to get service. Overall, this was definitely not the best Applebees experience. Probably not coming back to this location. At least the food was fresh.

Listen, I love the three cheese chicken penne. I crave it every waking moment of my day. I would have it everyday, breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s so delicious. I have to force myself to save some in the restaurant to take home to have the next day, because after i have that meal, it’s the best day ever. And this restaurant is so understanding of my accommodations. I’m vegetarian, and no matter what they always put it on the side for me. If i could choose to have a meal before my death it would be the three cheese chicken penne, chicken on the side please so my boyfriend can meal prep with it later in the week. Thank you applebees, i wish i could give you all my money. Please make an applebees in Palm Coast so i dont have to drive to Port Orange 🙏

Edit: The store manager responded quickly and was very apologetic for the poor service we received on our past order. I've changed my rating to reflect the prompt response and their willingness to make things right. The manager has gone above and beyond to make up for the negative experience we had and by doing so made me feel compelled to give them 5 stars. I should mention the food was never the problem. By being so quick to make up for our past experience here and being so friendly we will definitely return to this Applebee's. I would love to give recognition to this manager but regretfully we've forgotten his name. My wife actually spoke to another manager whom was very friendly and even after they've made amends the General Manager also reached out to apologize and make sure we were happy with the outcome. Excellent customer service. Thank you for going out of your way to ensure we had a positive experience at your Restaurant. Well handled.

Great experience, had a nice waitress, maybe a little slower but otherwise nothing to complain about. Ambience is what you would imagine an American restaurant to be like.

Had the Impossible Cheeseburger (Veggi) which was really tasty and at first I thought it was meat but Veggi was highly recommended. :)
