This place is honestly just as bad as the burger king right down the road. Every employee has a nasty attitude and apparently they don't honor arbys coupons that Arby's sends out. Then to top it all after refusing to honor a coupon they proudly messed my family's order up and got nothing right in the bag yeah i knew i should have checked before i left but it just shows how immature and juvenile they really are. I love Arby's but stay clear of the port orange arbys its not worth the headache to have your food ruined just go to nsb or daytona and get your arbys.

Apparently, from the manager, your food isnt supposed to hot when you get it. Nothing is more disgusting than paying 15$ for cold, fast food. Got the sandwich and it was cold. Asked for another, got told that then handed another cold sandwich. Avoid this place if you want something quick and HOT.

Spot on, super clean, fresh and the condiment sauce bar was nicely stocked everything was there that you needed it the manager even handled a disgruntled employee that was terminated and in a professional way.

Staff is awesome. 9 -13 -24. My how times have changed. My review is now updated and they get total zero. Last few times in there the staff has been rude and plain nasty. Tonight I went in. There was no ice and soda was flat. No ice tea available. When I inquired about no ice I was rudely told that the district manager turned the ice maker off yesterday. They don't know why and don't know when they would get. The staff has definatly gone down hill. Appears they are hiring from the same place the Burger King down the road gets theirs from. On top of that for second time in a row the fries were cold and greasy.
