I had the best customer service experience here, the app wasnt properly working and in my experience when the issue is brought to the manager, no help is actually given but, go through the app. The general manager, whose friendly and outgoing personality made a frustrating issue, less so. She went above and beyond to fix the issue, I got 2 Italian sandwiches for $8 which was an awesome deal and will be back soon, the food is delicious

Well let me start and say that i have allergies to fish , cheese .
The food here is good and the service is excellent. But when I ask do they fry their fries , chicken , cheese sticks in the same oil they said yes , but when I ask other abrys restaurants they say no they don't.
So this restaurant knows the importance of food allergies and do care about their customers .
But make sure you get your receipt just in case you have issues .

Im disgusted this place is not like it used to be i ordered curly fries they were harder then a rock the sandwich was cold so was the cheese sauce I called and the lady diddnt even care what so ever she blamed it on the door dasher like he gave me hard nasty curly fries never even offered to replace or anything. Ill be calling corporate

This evening I just had two wonderful chicken sandwiches one for my wife and went for myself, on top of the sandwiches being very good quality, the service was exceptional, Nathan made us feel very comfortable and very informative and reference to the order, as well as making sure everything came out fresh he emphasized the freshness of the food, and wanted to make sure that we are comfortable and happy thank you Nathan

Poorly managed. I'm not an individual that speaks badly , but I was so irritated this evening that I feel I need to speak up , I received an email from Arby's online rewards they were having for the July 4th weekend with a 20% off coupon. So I said to my wife let's go down and try Arby's dinner .So I ordered our meals and entered code ,then payment and tried to pay and didn't work checked everything still wouldn't go .upon arrival at restaurant entered with order on phone ,spoke with young lady about problem having placing order, she asked us to wait a moment she would ask , she explained what was happening to the individual in back, we then heard this individual tell from back can't do anything about it. I then asked if there was a manager available was told that was manager and told don't do anything about online orders. I explained it was order online avoid line inside or drive through, but she is busy again we don't have anything to do with online. At this point we order pay for food sir down and begin eating. Few minutes later the women that was talking from back appears in dinning room walks through gives me a dirty look and continues back to behind counter never interacting with us . That irritated me the most , just feel is poor representation for the business
